4. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method (bKash, bank, etc.) within 7–10 working days. You will be notified once your return is inspected and verified.
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded. Stock availability may affect replacement timelines.
6. Shipping Cost
If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free. Otherwise, the customer must bear courier charges.
