3. Payment & Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed after successful payment or Cash on Delivery confirmation.

• We accept bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (selected areas).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver within 1–5 business days depending on location. Delays may occur during public holidays or disruptions beyond our control.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Products are eligible for return or replacement if reported within 3 days of delivery and meet our return criteria. Physical damage, unsealed items, or misuse voids eligibility.

6. Warranty Support

All warranty services are as per brand or distributor policy. Warranty period and service mode may vary by product.

7. Customer Responsibility

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal action must be filed within Dhaka jurisdiction.
